- SEATED PRANAYAMA Breathing techniques for increased awareness, linking the breath to the movement of the spine. Focus on the breath brings control over the mind.
- NECK AND SHOULDERS Biceps and triceps stretches and openers, lymphatic stimulation to area under the arms, seated thoracic spinal twist to stimulate nerve endings in the spine. Strengthening of abs, obliques and psoas muscles in the torso.
- SEATED FORWARD BEND
- HIP OPENERS Hamstrings, adductor and calf muscles, lower back stretch, spine lengthening. All movements connected and linked to the breath. Powerful side body stretch to open shoulders.
- ABDOMINAL CORE STABILITY in supine position, hip stabilisation for improved strength in quads for knee protection. Emphasis on correct weight distribution. Grounding side body stretch for digestive system.
- SACRUM LOWER BACK sequence to include stimulation for the thyroid gland with the use of sound.
- PIGEON POSTURE for gluteal muscles and to alleviate sciatica.
